     –   Investment property c/out up to 80% depending on property type (no condos) 620 min. score
     –   DU Refi Plus- no minimum credit score or max dti- DU determines (no mtg lates allowed past 24 mths). Max LTV is 105% , unlimited CLTV- PIW’s allowed on primary homes only and we allow o/o, 2nd home and investments on this program, hits are capped at 1.75% on NOO, and as low as .25% and .50% on o/o occupied homes no higher<
     –   EA-1, EA-II and EA-III approvals are allowed with restrictions.
     –   No credit overlays
     –   VA and FHA- no limit on dti- DU determines with an approve-eligible
     –   HomePath Purchases- NO MI, NO appraisal- offered on o/o, 2nd homes and investor (no condos).
     –   EA-I approvals for owner occupied homes.
